Item was delivered on time and appreciated - it was a gift!
Needed to receive an invoice, Ola in the management team responded very quickly and was able to get the paperwork to me in less than an hour!

Really pleased with the personalised Welcome to the World record book I bought for my future grandson. Arrived within a couple of days and beautifully presented.
